He has also handled general commercial litigation, real property, and community association matters. He is a member and past chair of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution (UCCR). He is aslo a member and past chair of the Construction Section and a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the Utah State Bar. Mediation training includes Utah Dispute Resolution Basic Mediation Training and Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation. He has mediated and arbitrated a variety of construction and other disputes. |
