She received a law degree from the University of Utah in 1980. Valuing a more collaborative approach to dispute resolution, Susan segued from law to mediation. Her experience as a child-welfare mediator for the Utah courts influenced her decision to study emotional development and behavioral motivations. She received a master degree in social work from the University of Utah in 2008 and currently divides her time between mediation, parent coordination, and psychotherapy. Susan mediates divorce, co-parenting, guardianship, probate, and family matters. |
