He is the director of the Strengthening Families Program and the Parent-Teen Mediation Program which are based at UVU and serve schools and families in Utah County. He has a doctorate degree in educational psychology and has completed courses in basic mediation, advanced mediation, domestic mediation, victim/offender mediation and parent/teen mediation. He is also on the board of directors for the Utah Council of Conflict Resolution. |
