If you have completed domestic mediation training and need to contact a Domestic Mentor to gain divorce mediation experience as required, please refer to:

If you have 300 hours of mediation experience and would like to apply to be a Master Mediator, please fill out:

If you would like to be a Domestic Mentor, please complete:

If you offer mediation training and would like your training session to be added to the list of court-qualified training programs, please contact the ADR Director.
