The Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals has extended its remote oral arguments order through June 30, 2021. Order Extending Suspension of In-person Oral Arguments.
All oral arguments before the Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals will be held remotely through March 31, 2021. Order Extending Suspension of In-Person Oral Arguments.
Pending further notice, the Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals will determine which cases to set for oral argument.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Appellate Clerks’ Office remains open to serve the public by phone and email. To protect the health of our employees and limit spread and exposure, we will provide in-person service by appointment only.
