Court Operating Color Levels: All Justice Courts


Location Information:

All courts will remain operating to accept filings, and will also be reachable by phone or email.

Patrons needing to file protective orders, stalking injunction requests, and pleadings may do so by email without a wet signature. They must include their name on the signature line with the proper declaration. The pleading must be sent as an attachment to the email.

All criminal and civil jury trails have been ordered postponed until after June 1, 2020.

All hearings in cases involving defendants who are not in custody and who are charged with violations of the traffic code, except for cases in which the defendant is charged with reckless driving or driving under the influence, are ordered continued until after Oct. 1, 2020.
