eFiling in the Appellate Courts

 Electronic filing is available for attorneys beginning May 1, 2024 and will be mandatory for attorneys effective August 1, 2024. See Rule 21 of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure. eFiling for self-represented parties is not yet available.

You must obtain an Appellate eFiling account to access the system. There are no subscription or account fees.

Each account holder must read and accept the terms of the user agreement.
