Joe Linford is a trained mediator and arbitrator. An attorney since 1988, he has broad experience in various fields, including, among others, environmental, government, landlord/tenant, employment/labor and commercial law. He holds an LL.M in environmental law from the University of Utah, JD and MPA degrees from BYU, and a BS (political science/business) from Weber State University. His mediation and arbitration education and experience began in law school and has continued ever since. He has served as a state Administrative Law Judge, and as a military hearing officer. Having served 15 years as an Air Force JAG officer, he is currently a civilian enviromental attorney at Hill AFB, and a Reserve lieutenant colonel.
